About Emily and Her Cows
My interest in milk cows started with seeing and loving the lifestyle they cultivated for the families who owned them, and it grew into a fascination of the market and a passion for helping everyone participating in it.
A2/A2 and Genetic Testing
As a means of adding value to our cows, and because we’re curious, we genetically test all of our cows through Neogen Genomics with tissue samples. The main trait we look for is an A2/A2 beta casein; to some, this trait seems like a fad, but through personal research and hearing testimonials, we are convinced that A2/A2 genetics truly help those with trouble digesting milk and milk products..
